I am so excited…

I have just finished Recovering from MS:Real Life Stories of Hope and Inspiration.

What a book.. It is a great read and what makes it even better is that the people in it are just like you and me. They have recovered. Their symptoms and diagnosis’s may be different but they have all recovered. They followed the OMS program.

I have followed this program for years but misinterpreted some of it, probably because I read Swank around the same time. I now realise that I need to follow the program 100% and I am so excited about what it will mean for me.

When I was in Brighton on Sunday, all Prof Jelinek wanted to offer was Hope… That is exactly what I have..

I am going to recover 🙂
