A Purely Inspirational day!

What a day, I have just returned from Brighton where I have listened to the inspirational Prof George Jelinek.. He gives Hope to those of us with MS…

Something that for a lot of MS patients don’t hear.. I first heard about Taking Control of Multiple Sclerosis about 6 years ago, it was a light at the end of a dark tunnel for me.. Suddenly somebody who is suitably qualified made sense, his program made sense.
So I adopted it, diet, sunlight/ vit D supplementation, meditation, medication and exercise.

But I didn’t recover fully, despite doing everything right.. I kept hoping and wondering..

So today while listening to George, I realised that I hadn’t adopted everything correctly, some of my interpretations where wrong. I needed to re look at things, a kind of re boot that I hope will bring that recovery that I have been chasing for years..

So today has brought everything to a new level, I am hell bent on doing the program right. I know that I am going to get better.. It is possible.. I will run and dance again..

All with the help of my wonderful man 🙂
