  1. I am midway through this amazing book and feel such optimism because of it. I have one variation in the dietary philosophy, however, as I am following the nutritional recommendations of Terry Wahls. They are contrast to the Swank Diet which can be confusing but I believe because of Dr. Wahls’ success in turning her own MS around from being wheel chair bound to riding her bike daily to work, it has a lot of scientific backing. I have linked her viral YouTube video lecture on my blog, though many bloggers have. I will definitley read more of your blog and hope you will visit mine as well. http://msguidedjourney.wordpress.com
